Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. In this role, you will handle a variety of office duties, assist with scheduling, manage communications, and ensure smooth operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming emails, and respond to client inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Support the management team with project coordination and execution.
- Organize and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to in day-to-day operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.).
Location:
Remote or on-site, depending on the needs of the business.
